Also having issues with Kingdom Hearts series, they all utilize DX12 I've got a AsRock Taichi 7900XTX with 7800X3D. Done plenty of troubleshooting even changing GPU's. All comes back to the conclusion that AMD has some sort of driver issue and something along the chain is borked.

Guys, I found a fix. You need to go into BIOS and set the XMP profile with a frequency slightly lower than it was before. Initially, I had it set to 4000 MHz and I changed it to 3733 MHz. After that, there were no more crashes. Give it a try, it should help.
